Suzuki UK Rolls Out Up-To-10-Year Warranty
Yes, You Read That Right – Ten Years!
Suzuki GB just dropped a proper bombshell – From now on, new bikes sold in the UK will be covered by a warranty lasting up to 10 years or 70,000 miles – whichever comes first. That’s right. Ten. Whole. Years. That’s longer than some riders keep their bikes (or remember where they left their paddock stand).
How It Works (And What You’ve Got To Do)
- The first 3 years? Covered under the regular manufacturer warranty.
- After that, as long as you service your bike once a year at an authorised Suzuki dealer, the warranty continues – right up to the 10-year/70k limit.
- Miss a service? You can still get back in the game with a dealer health check and full service to reactivate the cover.
- Even second-hand bikes are eligible – so that used GSX you’ve been eyeing just got a bit more tempting.
It’s all kicking off from 13 November 2025, and applies across Suzuki’s UK bike range.
Why We Rate ItLook, we’ve seen plenty of flashy deals come and go, but this one’s got legs (and not just the kind dangling off the pegs). Here’s why we think this is a big win for riders:
A Few Caveats (Because, Of Course)
Like all good things, there are rules:
- You must service it annually at a Suzuki authorised dealer.
- The scheme ends at 10 years old or 70,000 miles – not whichever comes second (sorry, high-milers).
- Check the fine print for what’s covered – don’t assume crash damage or aftermarket bits are included.
Still, that’s a cracking deal in our book – especially if you already treat your bike to regular TLC.
Final Thoughts
Big props to Suzuki GB for backing their bikes (and us) with a seriously solid warranty offer. Whether you’re eyeing up a V-Strom, Hayabusa or a tidy used Bandit, this deal means one less excuse not to get the next ride sorted.
Just remember: if you’re after the full decade of cover, don’t skip that service booking. Your future self (and your wallet) will thank you.
Ride safe, ride often – and keep your service book stamped!
